Position Title
Recruitment Coordinator/Manager, Full-time
Position Summary
Global Maximum Educational Opportunities, Inc. (G-MEO) is a study and internship abroad provider in the Greater China area. G-MEO is dedicated to delivering China Study Abroad Program options meeting the highest quality standards in a variety of locations.
The Recruitment Coordinator/Manager will be an important player focusing on Summer Programs in the college division team. G-MEO is dedicated to increasing the number of US university students most likely to flourish and succeed in studying abroad in China. The Recruitment Coordinator/Manager works full-time in the headquarters of Global Maximum Educational Opportunities, Inc. in New York City. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of College Division, the Recruitment Coordinator/Manager serves as the point person for recruiting, marketing as well as student affairs. The Recruitment Coordinator/Manager also performs other duties as assigned to ensure the proper function of the office.
Job Description
- Manage the recruitment planning and implementation of recruitment actions for all designated schools
- Manage the recruitment of Chinese international students for G-MEO’s Summer Programs
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality marketing contents and expand our exposure to Chinese international students
- Promote G-MEO social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram and WeChat
- Develop and execute strategy on search engine optimization
- Identify campus ambassadors including Chinese speaking campus ambassadors at other schools
- Support recruitment team’s operations and follow up with designated schools
- Work with the Associate Director to create enrollment goals for the Summer Programs.
- Assist in enrollment process for G-MEO Summer programs
- Coordinate the process of course consolidation for G-MEO Summer programs
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Qualification
- Preferable major in Marketing, Communications, International Education, or related fields. Advanced degree preferred
- Required 2 years of working experience or plus - Native Mandarin Chinese language skills required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Prior social media experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills required
- Ability to represent the company in a positive way to diverse populations including students, parents and other Administrators.
- Driver's license preferred
