着急EAD卡 189天没批。I-485 补过一次材料

求bless 前两个礼拜I-130批了以为很快能拿到工卡。i485和i765没想到MSC那边。一看论坛才知道那边处理特别慢吧。真的好累。没有工卡没有绿卡一直什么都不能做。连健康保险也不能买。过几个月驾照要过去了也没办法续不知道该怎么办了。等着绿卡心力憔悴

case received: December 12 2017
bio metrics: January 2 2018
first sr: February 25 2018 (day 79)
second sr: March 7 2018 (day 86)
ombudsman: March 4 2018 (day 86) replied they have contacted uscis
senate: Could not expedite because they said it is still within processing time.
Congress man: Received release letter on march 23 2018
card been produced :march 23
we approved your case( ead&ap) ;march 26
approval letter received: March 28 2018
we mailed your card to you: March 29 2018.
I strongly want to believe the ombudsman made an impact in the facilitation of my application.
I wish you all the best as we patiently wait for the good news

我的所有申请寄到一个礼拜了还没收到email或message，这样正常吗？感觉正常EAD现在都5个月起跳呢，我还有的等啊

搜了下有位妹子写的。大家可以参考：

Info pass may be helpful, but very hard to make appointment for the next 2 weeks. Ombudsman helpful, but very slow. Normally when you try to expedite the case by yourself, it will be rejected. So, the most effective way is to contact local congressman. That is the critical step for me to receive my card. Let the congressman contact USCIS and expedite on your behalf. It will be better if you can show that you have a very clear start date to work, and you may lose the job if you cannot work on time. The congressman is very helpful, and USCIS takes it very seriously. I called USCIS everyday and they just let me to wait. They resent the card three days after the congressman contacted them on my behalf.
