This is a great apartment.

I moved into this apartment with hope and excitement and love. Things have changed, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (ends late August - then you can renew with management). I am flexible on when this occurs.

The apartment is very comfortable. There's more space than I could use. The apartment has good sized closets, a great shower and laundry rooms are on every floor. The apartment is on the 26th floor, so there are great views. There's a pretty amazing view of Manhattan and front row seating when there are fireworks on the Hudson.

I don't have pets, but there are some in the building and a dog run/dog play area nearby, so plenty of opportunities to see cute pups. Great area for evening walks (also morning and mid-day). I often walk down to Exchange Place (past the Lutze Biergarten) or up to Hoboken - nice breeze, great views. Lately, there have been lots of geese with cute goslings about.

The Newport PATH station is less than a 10 minute walk away. From there, it's mere minutes into Manhattan. There's a grocery store (Morton Williams), pharmacy (Duane Reade), Starbucks and good Japanese restaurant all within about a quarter mile. BJ's and ShopRite are both less than a mile away.

Take over my lease. I'll throw in my new Ikea couch, Casper bed and 55" Visio Smart TV--I'll throw in all of my furniture if you want it. I'll sign over my membership at the Newport gym, which goes until November. Take over my life. Not really. But kind of.
