We are a rapidly growing law firm with offices located in NY. We specialize in immigration, litigation and intellectual property. Currently, we are searching for an experienced paralegal. Job Responsibilities:

·       Organizing and preparing legal documents

·       Legal research on case law as related to immigration

·       Coordinating paperwork related to application for variety types of visas or green card

·       Communicating with clients

Qualifications:

·    Previous experience in EB-2, EB-3, PERM , H-1B

·    Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese

·    Comprehensive knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, etc.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to details and application of good judgment in client interactions

·       Experienced in drafting and structuring a variety of types of documents

·       Law degree a huge plus  

·       Legally authorized to work in U.S.
