年底飞纽约,一个托运的箱子没有到,被柜台的地勤贴了别人的行李条,直接飞到西班牙度假去了……几经波折,历时十二天,终于找回,同时申请了prestige的报销和AA的报销,prestige的五天就回复通过了,上限500刀,我报了488刀,都通过了,邮件通知我check已经寄出!AA连个消息还没有。
下面贴出prestige需要准备的材料,给有需要的同学们备着。
- Claim form signed by Cardmember
- Card billing statement showing cardmember name and transaction charge for the common carrier ticket
- Copy of travel itinerary/reservation confirming dates of travel and carrier used
- Written proof of settlement or outcome of the claim filed with the airline or common carrier
- Receipts for travel expenses as a result of the delay
- Copy of the airline or common carrier irregularity report
Proof from airline or common carrier that bags weredelivered[size=13.3333px]
最重要就是找行李柜台开具的箱子延误证明,最后的接受证明我就是把箱子送达的email打印出来就好了。报销的额度放的挺宽的,买了件两百多刀的Boss也给报销了,厚道,赞一个!
Update
当时同时提交的AA的和Prestige的,Prestige一周就反应了,AA一个月才有反应。。。。我都醉了。把流程也放上来,希望对同学们有帮助。
1. 总得网址在这里 http://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInformation/baggage/delayed-or-damaged.jsp (贴这个网址不会被举报吧?)
2. 然后AA需要填一个Passenger Property Questionnaire(箱子里面有什么东西),链接:http://www.aa.com/content/images/travelInformation/baggage/Baggage-PPQ.pdf (我觉得这个表填的时候要和你买的东西能对应上,比如说箱子里有牛仔裤,你买了牛仔裤才是合理的开销)
3. 别的资料和信用卡需要的资料是重叠的,应该是AA少一点,所以既然申请信用卡报销的材料准备好,也不妨把这个也弄了。

我是寄得原件,应该Fax也可以。
时隔一个月,中间发了好几次邮件催,也不知道有没有起作用,今天终于收到邮件,说给我报销500刀,延误了12天。说明一天50刀左右应该算是合理的花销,DP提供给同学们,如果有同学不幸遇到行李延误,不要着急,祝大家都能要到赔偿。当然最好就是旅途一切顺利,撕逼总是闹心的。
