Your new permanent resident card should arrive by December 5, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. to give us your new mailing address.

回忆起来应该是打指模的时候大拇指有破损，应该是要重新打指模的意思。
