婚姻绿卡因为邮局not deliver被退回移民局

２月２０日提交材料，5月25日通过绿卡面试，面试官说绿卡3周左右能寄给我。
前两天上网查了状态才发现７月１日因为邮局无法投递被退回移民局了。
其他打手摸的邮件都能正常收到
后来在律师的建议下，在邮局开了po邮箱以确保邮局能顺利投递。
今天在网上申请了重新邮寄，请问大家有过相同的经验吗？移民局大概多久会重新寄出？

On July 1, 2015, your card for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, was returned to us because the Post Office could not deliver it. We will hold your card for one year. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the card to you or call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance. If we do not hear from you within the year, we will destroy your green card and you will have to apply for a new one. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
