有人收到保险公司的1095表吗？？

看到消息说今年报税，由于Obama政策的改变，所以报税的时候需要1095表，这个表格是有保险公司发的（据说是2月初就该发了），可是目前都没有收到过，想问有人收到了吗？还是今年不要1095也可以啊？

如果你是在marketplace 上面買保險的話..今年會收到 1095-A
其他1095 今年不會發的.

弱弱的问句什么叫在marketplace上买保险啊？如果是通过agent买的话是不是不能算作是marketplace上买的呢？

借着版主的楼问一下1095表的事儿啊~我收到了market place给寄的1095A表格，现在是opt工作，报联邦税的时候属于non resident，退税的时候还需要交这个1095A表格吗？我看IRS官网上好像是说如果不是resident， 不需要符合保险规定，但是不是很确定，所以来这问一下。

Never Mind, 我找到了8962相关的文件说填了1040NR-EZ表，就别填8962了（就是跟1095表有关的那份表）， 文件如下：（希望给opt的朋友们一些帮助）

Who Must File
You must file Form 8962 with your income tax return (Form 1040, Form 1040A, or Form 1040NR) if any of the following apply to you:
You are taking the PTC.
APTC was paid for you or another individual in your tax family. APTC was paid for an individual for whom you told the
Marketplace you would claim a personal exemption, if no one else claims a personal exemption for that individual. See Individual you enrolled for whom no taxpayer will claim a personal exemption under Lines 12 through 23—Monthly Calculation, later.
If you want to take the PTC or if APTC was paid for you or anyone in your tax family, you must file an income tax return and attach Form 8962 even if you are not otherwise required to file. You must file Form 1040, Form 1040A, or Form 1040NR.
If you are filing Form 8962, you cannot file Form ! 1040EZ, 1040NR-EZ, Form 1040-SS, or Form
CAUTION 1040-PR.
If someone else enrolled in coverage an individual in TIP your tax family, and APTC was paid for that individual’s
coverage, you must file Form 8962 to reconcile the APTC. You need to obtain the Form 1095-A from the person who enrolled the individual.
