Position Purpose

Shopshops is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Department. The primary purpose of this position is to handle the Logistics operations to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and efficiently in a professional manner without delay and/or interruption. Additional responsibilities include month-end reconciliation of all warehouse inventories, administration of the stock-in and stock-out operations of the inventory and a close communication with our customer service team in China to solve customer’s complaints. The candidates also need to maintain a good relationship with 3rd party logistics providers.

The position will be based in our ARCADIA office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the logistic team and 3rd party logistics providers to ensure delivery details are properly maintained and communicated. Track and report on order transit days and investigate exceptions to planned delivery schedules.
• Solve all aspects of the customer complaints reported by the customer service team in China.
• Manage month-end close and inventory tracing & reconciliation to ensure accurate posting and timely processing of company records.
• Identify issues, resolve problems and recommend & implement process improvements to ensure consistent, high quality service to customers is maintained and opportunities for efficiencies are pursued.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to company terms and conditions of sale & delivery.
• Upon request, the position holder may be asked to perform additional duties or assist in special projects as directed by the supervising manager.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• BA/BS Degree or higher is a must.
• At least 2 years’ experiences of working in Supply Chain / Logistics function of National or International company. Experience in fashion industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Ability to think on one's feet, understand and resolve issues is required. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, organized and self-motivated.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a must.
  

Salary will also depend on the experience and ability of the individual candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
