Job Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to concept beautiful and intelligent user experiences.

·         Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from concept to delivery.

·         Contribute to design thinking at the company, resulting in tangible improvements across our portfolio of products – as well as to how we approach and solve customer problems.

·         Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that deliver on business goals and requirements.

·         Take end-to-end responsibility by creating design deliverables that serve the needs of both business and technology.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         BS/BA in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related discipline.

·         Minimum 3 years delivering experience design solutions as a UX/UI designer.

·         Experience designing customer facing retail web/App.

·         Experience working in a collaborative team, publicly white-boarding, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.

·         Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices.

·         Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

·         Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture, and design.

·         Understand accepted UX process standards well enough to be entitled to selectively abandon them.

·         Capacity to own and drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.

·         Talent for crafting imaginative and innovative design solutions while maintaining user expectations through pattern consistency and interaction harmony.

·         Ability to demonstrate designs with functional prototypes in Axure or Sketch and demonstrate strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.

·         Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
