没有license，坛子上买药合法么？

我觉得是非法的。
要是被FBI瞄上了就坏事啊。

你是说师太我？都是国内搬来的药，大多数是中成药，除了苏黄止咳胶囊没有标注，其他都标了OTC，意思是over the counter，也就是非处方药。非处方药是不需要医嘱就可以去药店或者医院购买的，至少国内是这样。

好多卖药的了，你算是一个吧。
OTC是OTC，但是美国没有license卖药搞不好要吃官司的，悠着点，朋友。

国内带来的药算是unapproved drug，有限自用应该没什么问题，网上卖。。。。还是低调点吧。搞不好会追究网站的责任。

谢谢你帮忙查资料，如果不卖而是送人也非法吗？如果送人不违反法律，我就把那些药都送了；如果仍然违法，那只好丢垃圾筒了。

私下底送毒品都没人管啊。。只要没人举报。
送认识的朋友我想是没什么问题的。洋鬼子就别送了，管闲事的多。
