网上买的有receipt吗？之前买的订单取消了，citi那边的link没了，店里小二又说必须带合约不卖全价机，不知道能不能在at&t官网买再fax收据给citi

收到手机多久了？一般att的数据库需要一点时间更新，可以等1-2天，如果还是不行，再打电话。其实online chat也可以更方便

忘记更新啦～后来又换了浏览器试的，当天就成功解锁啦～谢谢楼主～！

各位大神，我收到手机后，按照楼主的方法一步一步去做。但是submit解锁后，很可惜收到的email说Thank you for contacting about unlocking your Apple iPhone 7 A1778 device.

We're unable to approve your request because the IMEI number provided doesn't match a device that's currently on the AT&T network.

To make sure you have the correct information, recheck the IMEI number by dialing *#06# or check the device settings.

Please try submitting a new request .
我接下来该如何去做？邮件里说没有match，难道没拆封的机器已经是解锁的吗？
