我买了25刀GC，但是刚下单就被Cancel了，收到一封Amex的邮件说因为我没有出示信用卡，所以阻止了这次交易

“Your account was used to make a purchase, however the Card was not presented to complete the transaction. This is usually the case with purchases made online or over the phone. ”

请问大家遇到过这种情况吗？如何处理啊？

等我看拿到钱告诉你吧！其实买gc也不会亏，毕竟可以去Sam's用，相当于在Sam's用了spg。

我说了我收到确认邮件了。而且人家说的是gift card reload，而不是买一张新卡。
