Looking to hire a full time personal assistant for busy female executive.

Please be located less than 30 minutes from Hampshire/St Charles/Elgin area.
You need to be very well ORGANIZED, and RELIABLE with both a strong sense of integrity and work ethic.

I have a very busy schedule; live in full time is preferred but not required. I can provide you a very private living area with your own room and bathroom etc.
FOOD, GAS, CELLPHONES ARE ALL INCLUDED ONCE YOU ARE HIRED FULL TIME

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Home cleaning, organizing, shopping, etc.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, replying to emails
- Meal preparation
- Keeping the house clean
- Taking care of 2 dogs (dog friendly is a must)
- Running errands
- Typing letters, proposals, worksheets, etc.
- Data entry

If you have make up or hair-stylist experience +++

REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft office (word, excel and outlook) and general computer skills both MAC and PC
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Must be punctual and have a great attendance record
- Ability to multi task efficiently
