1. Web Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Web Developer who is responsible fordesigning, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function. You must striveto create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development     practices.
  • Create site     layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Integrate data     from various back-end services and databases.
  • Gather and     refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Create and     maintain software documentation.
  • Be responsible     for maintaining, expanding, and scaling.
  • Stay plugged     into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations     and activities.
  • Cooperate with     web designers to match visual design intent.
Qualifications

  • Proven working     experience in web programming.
  • Top-notch     programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with     these programming languages: PHP and JavaScript.
  • A solid     understanding of how web applications work including security, session     management, and best development practices.
  • Adequate     knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and     web application development.
  • Hands-on     experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge     of Search Engine Optimization process.
  • Aggressive     problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong     organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of     timelines and budgets with business acumen.
  • Ability to work     and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse     web technologies and techniques.
  • Demonstrate high     level of organization and the ability to multitask.
Plusses
·        Bilingual in another language, preferably Mandarin Chinese.
·        Prior leadership.
·        Previous experience working in web development.
·        Previous experience working with the Facebook Marketing API.
·        Knowledge of marketing on Facebook.
·        Passion for games and an active game player.
·        Familiar with internet culture.

2. Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Social Media Marketing Specialist toattract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users for ourmobile games.
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagementand intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting allaspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit,     publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML)     that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to     take action.
  • Set up and     optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of     company’s social content.
  • Moderate all     user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each     community.
  • Create editorial     calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously     improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,     insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with     other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and     coordinate actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience     in social media or related field.
  • Excellent     consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and     communication skills in proficient English.
  • Demonstrate     social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge     of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
  • Knowledge of     online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Demonstrate high     level of organization and the ability to multitask.
Plusses
·        Bilingual in another language, preferably Mandarin Chinese.

3. Community Manager - Mobile
Job Summary
The community manager will manage both the community as well asany incoming tickets sent by the player base. This is a position where you willbe working in a team environment. You are responsible for working with theproject manager and the producer in the development ofthe game, as well as post-launch events and updates. You’ll also be workingwith the graphic designer and core artist on the creation of any art assetsrequired for post-launch community events and updates. You’ll also work with PRon post-launch PR materials, such as but not limited to social media, forumposts, blogs, written articles, and videos. Finally, you will be working withthe project assistant on QA related tasks as well as be involved in anybrainstorming sessions related to design, monetization, and live-ops.

Responsibilities
  • Inquire, gather, and organize player comments and suggestions and report them back to the     publishing team.
  • Handle player tickets and solve them according to an established policy.
  • Build and     execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform     determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit,     publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML)     that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to     take action.
  • Continuously     improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,     insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Work with the     in-house artists and graphic designers in creating art assets for     community purposes.
  • Team up with the     marketing team to prepare and schedule marketing materials and be part of     the UA and monetization process.
  • Be part of the     live-ops / post-launch team in designing post-launch events to drive new     game updates and breathe life into the games as they continue to grow and     improve.
  • Take part in     setting up product roadmaps and strategic planning.
Qualifications

  • Excellent     consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and     communication skills in proficient English.
  • Demonstrate     social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Demonstrate high     level of organization and the ability to multitask.
  • Be ready to QA     art portion of the game as the development process progresses.
Plusses
·        At least working proficiency for Mandarin Chinese or anotherlanguage.
·        Previous experience working with video games.
·         Prior leadership
·        Passion for games and an active game player
·        Familiar with internet culture.
