Working hours: Mon - Fri 6-8 hrs per day.

location: Ames, IA

Responsibilities:

- Making phone calls and email communicate with our clients and vendors onshore and offshore;
- Coordinate with different projects, locations and consultants;
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports to the PROJECT MANAGER.
- Help the Account Manager with account receivables and invoices handling.
- Coordinate meetings and paperwork as necessary.Requirements:- Excellent communication skills;
- Very detail oriented and team work person;
- Willing to help, patient & hard-working;
- Can work well under pressure and challenge;
- Able to work well with different people and culture;
- Be willing to learn and passion towards success.
- Someone who can work for long term will be preferred.
- Strongly prefer someone who has experiences with Information Technology, IT Services industry or IT CONSULTING industry;
