First three (3) non-preventive（Urgent Care/specialist) visits are not subject to deductible.

请问保险里面这句话的意思是前三次去(Urgent Care/specialist)都只付Copay就行吗,直接不用付Billing？
还是不需要达到Deductible line会报销这三次的Billing的意思？

是直接不用付Billing给Urgent care 还是报销公司会报销Billing的意思？
