要求：LLM或JD，实习一个月，表现优秀可留任。
工作地点：曼哈顿

The daily duty will be:
1. conduct legal research and draft legal documents and memos,
2. court appearance, deposition, and trial work,
3. coordinate and communicate with clients,
4. Prepare documents for clients,
5. government filing, and
6. translate and interpret.
An intern can receive academic credit under school program for an Internship, Externship or OPT, and a letter of recommendation, upon request and successful completion, will be provided. Interns are expected to respect the initial 3-month term as a serious endeavor that will advance their skill-set with valuable on-the-job training.
