1. enter employee time sheets, payroll entries, vendor invoices, credit card receipts, check payments, fund transfers

2. create digital records to backup all financial transactions

3. keep accurate records in accordance with compant standards

4. perform all accounting routines under instructions

preferred skill:

1. data entry experience on Quickbook Desktop

2. calculations with google sheets

3. file organization with google drive

4. ability to multitask pat attention to details
