                    preparing weekly payments- ACH, Check and Wires

                    customer calls for collections

                    miscellaneous journal entries during month end closing

                    filling/boxing invoices for off-sight scanning

                       Self-motivated

                       good communication skills

                       open to learn all aspects of general accounting
