New England Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Accountant & Billing assistant on a temporary basis. Responsibilities include: Responsible for completing all accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions, including, but not limited to: - Review and accrual invoices/payments into the system
- Assistance with the accountant for the research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Accurate Data Entry
- Reconciliation of the monthly credit card statements to expense reports
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting related to billing and cash receipts
Requirements - Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including having intermediate skills in Excel, required
