Din Tai Fung is a restaurant group with over 150 locations worldwide.

Din Tai Fung Corporate is looking for a full-time Purchasing Assistant to assist our purchasing team in researching new vendors, tracking deliveries and updating order records (i.e. dates, invoices, discounts, etc.).

Our corporate office is located in City of Industry, CA. The hours are relatively flexible, but a typical schedule is M-F from 9AM to 6PM with meal/rest breaks. The company provides medical insurance (80% company contribution) within 90 days of your date of hire.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers in Excel (basic formulas), very adept with email/computers, and is very detail-oriented, careful, hardworking, good at multitasking, independent, and a fast learner. We prefer someone who has experience working with purchasing, but this is not a requirement. Ability to speak Chinese is a plus but not a requirement.
