The Guest Services Assistant position is a Full-Time position, and you will work approximately 40 hours/week. The company provides medical insurance (80% company contribution) within 90 days of your date of hire. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to our guests on the phone and via email, adept with email/computers, detail-oriented, understanding of our guests' needs, detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, and a fast learner. We prefer someone who has experience working with Guest Services platforms (Yelp, Facebook, Google Reviews, etc.), but this is not a requirement.
