IT Help Desk Support Technician

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team.
Primary responsibilities:
• Develop installation protocols, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to ensure that computer systems support business operational needs.
• Provide technical customer support including but not limited to installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Recommend improvements in design and efficiency of future products.
• Assist with operational aspects of technologies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields.
• Strong knowledge of networking and computer hardware assembly.
• Strong knowledge of software and hardware issues.
• Strong documentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer service skills.
