Cryomax USA Inc is a fast growing multinational company, is now seeking responsible warehouse manager to manage our distribution center and support the top management towards the achievement of the departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives. We are looking for a leader to provide excellent customer service with a proven ability to have an effective organization, time management, and communication skills. Candidate must able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced work environment. Candidate should have familiarity with warehouse practices and methods.

Job Location: Chesapeake, Virginia

Job duties:

• Directs and administers established safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Manage all warehouse activities including daily operations, facility and grounds maintenance, budgeting, compliance.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work.
• Trains warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development and performance appraisal.
• Leads warehouse personnel to provide excellent customer service that will enhance and support Company operations and sales
• Successfully manages warehouse projects/initiatives and achieve desired results/objectives and high client satisfaction within budget and schedule.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectation; planning and productivity standards.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in management or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills including the ability to quickly assess needs respond and thrive with limited direction.
• Strong team building and client service skills with demonstrated problem-solving capability.
• Detail-oriented and is able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Knowledge of computer software and warehouse management systems.
• Warehouse/distribution experience required
