Job Description:
- Partner with others on the team to make ideas shine and express our brands across a variety of marketing communication materials to diverse audiences.
- Write a clear and compelling copy, review any changes/corrections, and check for accuracy in grammar as well as compare any content as a whole against any given research.
- Maintain and manage our social media platform and CRM on a day-to-day basis, making sure that all articles, features, and videos fit within the brand standards.
- Create advertising texts for brochures and banners.
- Craft sales pitch emails to pique potential candidates’ interest.
- Ensure all content we produce is accurate to the product and consistent with our brand.
- Collaborate with designers to create appealing graphics that complement the text.
- Compose/edit user manuals, agreements, and similar documents.
Requirements:
- Must able to write Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Work experience as a Product Copywriter, or similar role, and E-commerce experience is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with online marketing campaigns and basic keyword search/SEO knowledge.
- Comfortable creating and iterating on the copy for A/B product testing or performance-based marketing tests.
- Natural storytelling abilities, Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and a perfect grasp on grammar.
