eye herpes on my kitty now

over the past week, my 8 month kitty has developed a very serve eye problem. Last Sunday, I had to my the decision taking her to ER.

they found ulceration in her eyes. she must in pain that I blame myself not able to award of her issue earlier (consider I have years of owning this breed of cats)

next day, ER has referred me to see the vet and a very kind Dr Lee (he is Korean btw) told me that my cat has developed eye herpes. It could be genetic from this breed and due to the stress even of course she has been well taken care of.

various types of medications have been prescribed to my cat.

I have to spent a lot of time feeding her pills,eye drops,eye orniment, compound drop every 6 to 8 hours.

next week, I will take her to see the animal ophthalmologist.

(I hope to send a courtesy reminder to the fellow members like from my previous post, please think carefully and considerably before owning any pets, it's a life time commitment to them. they will bring you joy but they also need to be well taken care of, not to mention which I hate to say. when they are sick, medical bills burn your pocket fast)
