Responsibilities:

·  Preparejournal entries.

·  Assistwith the development of disclosures for annual and quarterly financialstatement filings.

·  Assistwith performing closing controls.

·  Preparevarious financial schedules and analysis.

·  Analyzeand interpret financial results in order to explain income statement andbalance sheet variances.

·  Updateand or develop various reports for internal customers.

·  Handlespecial projects or ad hoc requests for financial information.

Qualification:

·   Currentlyworking towards a degree in Finance or Accounting

·   Proficientuse with MS Office suite applications

·   Excellentcommunication and organization skills

·   SAPor other accounting system experience preferred but not required

·   Self-starterand able to complete tasks with minimal supervision or guidance

·   Willingnessto seek out additional tasks from others during any slow periods
