Large bedroom available in a 2-bedroom 2-full-bathroom condo in Silver Spring, a couple blocks from the Wheaton metro (5-minute walk). The unit itself is massive, roughly 1200 square feet and has 12-foot ceilings in the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

It's on the top floor of a secure condo complex and it overlooks the swimming pool, fitness room, and barbecue area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a full-size dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. The building is equipped for Verizon Fios and Comcast and the room comes with an unreserved parking space.

The room is available for move-in on September 16th. Rent will be $925/month and tenant will only share electric and cable cost with other housemate. I can leave it furnished, as it currently is, or I can remove the furniture. Please email me with questions.
