职位:留学销售顾问助理
职位描述
        •        负责协助留学产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作;
        •        了解顾客需求,随时透过微信、电话、email和顾客联繫;
        •        定期参加公司陪训;
        •        配合公司参与学校研讨会、大型研讨会以及国内外新生见面会;
        •        愿意且热爱与学生沟通,对于教育领域有热忱,抗压能力强;
        •        有销售经验或学校资源和市场渠道者优先考虑;
        •         拥有合法在美工作身份,可办理CPT, OPT, H1B。

A successful, growing International Education and Business Consulting firm with an office in Boulder is currently seeking a Management Assistant Marketing & Sales for our Boulder location.
Applicants for this position should possess excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. We are looking for a self-motivated and fast-learner with a college education who is skilled in computer and phone-related office work. You will be responsible for our branding efforts. The duties include to write and manage social media postings, help with reception of clients via phone, media or in person. Knowledge of international relations and education industry is a plus. The qualified candidate will have a high level of Chinese writing and communication skill.

What skills you need:

  • Digital Media Strategy
  • Social Media advertising (especially in Wechat)
  • Customer relationship management
  • Strong editing skills
  • Fluent English, bi-lingual Mandarin is required

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize and manage ones own work time, including the ability to self-start, ask questions, take direction, and efficiently and accurately multi-task assignments
  • Positive, energetic, and ambitious. Willing to learn new concepts
  • Customer-service driven. Capable of seeking common-sense solutions to problem resolution
  • Proficient with MAC, Excel, PDF and Photoshop skills are a plus.

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international


We are a substance-free work place. Background checks and screenings are a part of the application process.
The successful applicant will start with a three-month probationary period. Salary and benefits will be provided upon successful completion of the probationary period. Office hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am to 6 pm with occasional after-hours work required.
