Looking for Full-time Bookkeeper, work location: San Marino, CaliforniaJob description:

·        Responsible for general accounting activitiesfor 100 properties.

·        Record rent payments and other accountsreceivable.

·        Enter vendor invoices daily for weekly checkrun.

·        Issue checks and deliver to appropriatepersonnel for signatures.

·        Prepare quarterly financial statement.

·        Responsible for weekly cash management.

·        Reconcile bank accounts on a weekly andmonthly basis.

·        Answering phone for tenants and clients'problems.

Requirements:
