About the room :
1 Bedroom available in a 2B2B apartment in Tiburon (5 minutes away from 101).
The bedroom size is about 13 ft x 11 ft. You will have your private bathroom.
All the shared areas are furnished (kitchen, dining room, living room and sundeck). All nicely decorated with lots of plants. The apartment is west facing, lots natural light. You will have true warm summer here.
Coin operated washer and dryer are in the building.
The property is a small apartment complex with 7 units.
Plenty of street parking available without the need of a permit.
The current rent for this room is $1525, possibly lower if sign an one-year lease.
Additional utility cost (including high-speed internet & PG&E) is about $100/month
Room will be available in July

About the roommate :
I will be your only roommate, a responsible, easy-going asian male in the late 20s. I am a product designer working in a SF tech company. Typical busy professional life, 10am-6pm at work on weekdays, enjoying hangout with friends, outdoor activity, photography, travels on weekend. My ideal roommate would be someone has the similar background, clean, responsible and respectful.
