4房2.5浴的独栋房子，现在只有我一个人住，准备出租两个房间。 房间一：是带有半个私人卫生间的大房间， 要和另一个房客共用洗澡。 房间二：只是一个房间， 要共用卫生间与房间一的租客。两个房间都有Queen size 的床，拎包入住。


我是26岁的男生，希望找两位爱干净，有责任心，有正职的学生或上班族，能玩在一起的男生室友。长租租客，优先考虑！


房子位于中心Torrance（在Ladeene Ave 上）， 很干净，很安全的小区。离Del Amo Mall 0.7 mail （走路都可以走到）。离超市，饭店都很方便（很多日料），85°C ，样样都有。家里的客厅，厨房，洗衣房，后院，等等都是公享空间。水电煤，还有网络都包括在房租内。
房租：房间一：$1050（第一个月外加最后一个的security deposit $1050).      房间二：$850，（第一个月外加最后一个的security deposit $850).
