Job description
• Develop tracking reports, such as website traffic, conversion, and user analysis
for various digital media platforms to understand the performance of each
digital touch point.
• Utilize website tracking tools (Site Catalysts, KANA Connection and etc.) to
analyze customer behavior to support the online acquisition and e-banking usage
campaigns.
• Develop value-added eDM tracking analysis, enhance email list management
and optimize eDM procedure framework with cross-department cooperation.
• In partnership with our digital agencies, develops and executes an effective
strategy for eDM design and coding, Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
business campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
• Work with marketing team to create opportunities and initiatives to achieve
revenue targets and cost efficiencies.
• Keep abreast of Internet related developments and market trends in the
Financial Services industry and establish ongoing monitoring of relevant
competitors activity and capability
• Manage the external suppliers and partners, together with annual budget for
digital marketing.
• Support global/regional digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities
• Take responsibilities about brand ecommerce by increasing the online business
through both tactical and strategic execution of online retention techniques.
Channels include but not limited to paid search, email and affiliate channels
• Quick analysis to understand if our price positioning for main styles/products
is correct
• Create Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter Product Catalog for marketing
purposes. Set up Facebook Feed and post feed catalog
• Identify and support to contract PPC/Social Paid ads with 3rd Party
• Analyze campaign result, finding out which product, city and campaign group
create most traffic
• Towards building awareness and driving micro-conversions such as account
creations, email sign-ups, email preference updates, and product review
submissions
• Plan and support managing the development of web content and email marketing
campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing,
execution, reporting and optimization
• Drive cross-team processes for effective, on-time delivery of content,
promotions, and marketing plans through strong internal relationships and
coordinating across departments
• Support the development and execution of segmentation and test strategies to
ensure web content and email relevance to distinct customer groups. Identify,
test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer
satisfaction online and via email communications
• Analyze, monitor and communicate performance of web-based and digital
retention initiatives to the team while working across business teams (IT,
marketing and merchandising) to ensure a cohesive and complementary online
marketing program
• Support marketing team to do content calendar, write project briefs,
manage the internal and external design and production in the development of the
campaign tools and coordinate the final execution and implementation of programs
• Ensure online quality standards are maintained for representation of brand
and seasonal message in all digital content presentation and location of the ad space
Qualifications
• 3+ years’ experience developing and managing web-based content and digital marketing
• Project management experience associated with Interactive Marketing and/or Web projects
• Experience in program testing, tracking, database segmentation and profiling,targeting, site metrics, and analysis
• Master of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
• Applied experience interactive marketing and e-commerce strategies, channels,technologies, principles, and processes
• Marketing/Web experience associated with a national-level retailer
• Practiced in the basics of full life-cycle marketing initiative management
• Understanding of fashion industry and related retail channels
• Customer-facing abilities; ability to partner and influence
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated financial and business planning skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

工作描述:
1. 对目前日新月异的数字媒体技术有相当的了解。数字营销包括电子邮件营销、社交媒
体营销、搜索引擎优化和搜索引擎营销、网络广告、电子商务和移动营销等;
2. 网络推广:协助负责公司产品的运营推广,协助谷歌SEO 的优化,数字媒体投放
的选择,投放效果的评估等,能够跨界整合,基于互联网和移动媒体等全媒体手段的营销
公关策划与执行,并为整合营销传播提供全媒体服务的技术支持平台。建立以沟通为导向
的数字营销模型,通过对消费者有影响的关键人实现高效传播,并从互动与体验中建立品
牌的好感度,进而达成销售。
3. 用户运营:对数据分类拆分及深层挖掘,有针对性进行推广,在清洗数据的同时,提
升用户二次回归转化,达到推动电商销售和支持品牌活动传播的目的。
4.产品包装 :负责将公司产品做市场化包装,形成标准文档及素材,用于网络推广和市
场活动等,包括制作产品宣传册。
工作职责:
•通过增加业务来承担品牌电子商务的责任, 通过在线保留技术的战术和战略执行。渠道包括但不限于付费搜索,电子邮件和关联渠道
•快速分析,了解我们的主要款式/产品的价格定位是可行 的

工作资格:
•3年以上开发和管理基于网络的内容和数字化的经验营销

•资深Office Suite,Excel和PowerPoint运用者
