Responsibilities

• Learn and understand our new products and present them to customers in simple, effective and persuasive terms on the phone.
• Conduct daily incoming sales calls and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions
• Engage with new customers, establish and maintain close relationships with customers
• Develop sales skills as well as technical service knowledge in order to develop selling opportunities and address and resolve issues for customers
• Create sales report and execute marketing campaigns under the guidance of management
  
  

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to suggest and create powerful, promotional marketing material
• Create and deliver sales analytic reports
• Develop sales training materials
• Self motivated and results oriented
• Able to handle rejection with a smile
• Willing to work non- traditional hours
