Job Description:
This role is based in San Mateo, CA. As the Leader for inventory management and fulfillment in the Americas Region your primary role is to create, maintain, and lead to success our inventory and fulfillment operations, encompassing mid- and last-mile logistics, fulfillment, inventory and the systems that support and drive success in these arenas. Consumer robots is a new, dynamic and volatile industry, creating immense opportunity and challenges for all engaged. Although you’ll be working for an established technology company, it will feel like a startup, because you will be the first to introduce our new line of robots to resellers and consumers in the Americas and Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain inventory structure in QuickBooks Enterprise
● Meet 99% in-stock promise to resellers by managing inventory forecast, mid-mile logistics from China to North and Latin America, Australia
● Manage 3PL and logistics providers with a focus on timely delivery, process and efficiency development, all driving towards optimization of total business top-line and bottom-line metrics
● Have general photography and video knowledge, and develop a deep understanding of the drone and consumer robot industry, particularly around delighting resellers with our operational performance
● Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements and qualification:
● 3 years experience of inventory management, demand planning and master data building
● 4+ years experience in warehousing and fulfillment
● 3+ years experience building and managing vendor programs, ideally with 3PLs
● Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
● Strong organizational and analytic skills (ability to pass Excel analysis proficiency test)
● Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
● Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet proficiency a must
● Ability to travel as needed to accomplish the job and goals.
● Desire to work in a startup environment
● Chinese speaking preferred
