Prepare monthly balance sheet analysis and management reporting package: quantitative and qualitative fluctuation analyses. Train and coach offshore transaction team. Review account reconciliations and analysis prepared by offshore on a monthly basis Review contracts and ensure proper revenue recognition treatment. Prepare audit schedules, working papers and address auditors’ inquiries. Continuously improve existing system and manual processes for revenue financial reporting; will be expected to drive systems improvement and automation projects. Research and document accounting treatment for unusual transactions. Assist with special ad hoc projects as needed.
工作要求： 4+ years of public and private accounting work experience. Big 4 preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study CPA and/or MBA preferred Practical working knowledge of software revenue recognition under US GAAP Understanding of the accounting concepts behind revenue arrangements under IFRS and new revenue recognition standards Proven ability to demonstrate professional skepticism Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle EBS 12.1, Qlik and Hyperion suite preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to research and apply relevant accounting literature to work Efficient and accurate in day-to-day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise Experience performing documentation at a level of Auditing Standard No. 3.
