移民局回复我的查询，说还在pending consideration

我10个月前提交的婚姻绿卡申请，现在据说材料刚送到local field office，还在等预约面谈。
以上是移民局对我以前发的E－request的回信。
请问啥叫pending consideration啊？有啥可consider的？consider面谈日期？
还让我在near future查case状态，是不是意味着快订面谈时间了啊？
从这封回信，是不是还可以确定两件事：1，我的背景调查结束了。2，移民局承认我的case超期了？
