关于怎么交易 lien title 的车？？有经验的不？

如题....在craigslist找到一辆不错的车，价格配置都蛮喜欢。。。。但是是lien title 。。。我问怎么弄这个，，对方给我发来这个东西，
看太不懂啊。。。。有没有以前交易过的？？会不会有问题啊？？车在外州的，还算比较近....
有人知道么，以后过户什么的，，会不会有影响咯？？谢谢谢谢。。。。。

HOW TO PAYOFF YOUR LEASE ACCOUNT
To expedite the release of your title, please submit your payoff using
a cashiers check. Payoff checks should be made payable to MBF Account
Services LLC.
Please print, complete and sign the odometer statement and send it
along with your payment. Be sure to indicate the address to which you
want the title sent.

很简单的...
带着钱去 和他/她一起去他的银行 当面把余下的lien付了 剩下的给车主 银行当场就会有收据(甚至有些小银行当场就有lien release letter) 让银行把lien release letter寄到你家
然后你就带着bill of sale, title (这title上面会有lien record), lien release letter, 保险就可以注册了

请问我还能还价么？？还有......没保险我开回家可以？？我在西雅图，那人在俄勒冈，3个多小时吧.....

还有付钱以我的名义付钱？还是卖家的名义？？。。

以谁的名义付钱都ok 反正你确保付钱了后title拿到了并且确保银行在寄lien release的时候会寄一份去你家
关于开回家的问题..你要么自己办个临牌 要么跟车主协商让他把牌借你 你回家了寄回给他
