We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist for E-Commerce company.

Job Responsibilities:
Direct all incoming calls and inquiries, taking messages.
Direct all visitors to the right personnel and answer questions.
Sort and distribute mail and other deliveries
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Experience in reception/administration
Must bilingual in English and Chinese
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Detail oriented and has accurate data entry skills
Proficiency in computer skills
