Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of the retail store.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and address customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to offer the latest innovations to our customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control measures
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall store appearance
• Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers or other team members
  

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary + Commission can go up to 80K annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
