Preschool Teacher

Child Care Center at 132-18 41st Ave, Queens, NY, 11355, is looking for a lead teacher for a 2-year-old age group classroom.

Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in early childhood education OR related field of study with six college credits in early childhood OR on study plan leading to six college credits in early childhood Education.
Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of toddler development, behavior management techniques, and age-appropriate practices.
Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and other teachers.
Patience, fun, creative, and engaging.
Able to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe environment for young children.
