Two Brand new furnished rooms will be ready for rent out. One is master bedroom with private bathroom and another is single room with shared bathroom. Each room only have one person living in there. No couples. All utilities are included. And there are brand new dryer and washer. Also there is ac in the house.

Totally will be six people living in the house. I am an accountant working remote. So I will be home basically everyday.

Wash your own dishes as soon as possible after you done with your dish. Make sure common area are clean and nice. Keep quiet after 10pm, people in the house need to rest for the next day work.

We will sign the lease document and you will need to prove your income and one month rent for security check.

Now we are looking for clean, organized, responsible tenants that are single, no smoking, no drinking, easy cooking and no pets.
