H4 is located in China, can H1 claim tax and include H4?

Hi, this one cannot input Chinese.
I'm working in US with H1, my wife in H4 status but shes in China the whole year in 2021 and no income, my wife has SSN.
When I claim 2021 Tax, can I cliam as familiy, or I can only claim myself? Thanks for your advice!
