出闲置的普洱茶Jing Mai Mountain puerh tea comes from Yunnan province in China, the cradle of this kind of tea.  It is pressed into a large cake weighing a hefty 357 g.  The taste of this tea is amazing: it is very strong, full, driven by an intense aroma.  Puerh teas are considered to help control weight when drunk over longer periods of time.

Jing Mai tea should be brewed with purified or spring water at ~ 95 degrees C, using 2-3 g of tea leaves/cup of water.  Freshly delivered from China.  Only $ 80.  Pick up at UTC or on UCSD campus.
