Dear Valued Customer,
China Telecom (Americas) Corporation ("CTA") is reaching out to our wireless customers to let you know of some upcoming changes to our business and service. Pursuant to an FCC ruling, CTA will be exiting the wireless resale business in the U.S. by January 3, 2022. In compliance with the FCC's order, we are certifying that we are providing our wireless customers the required advance notice in writing or by text message.
Effective December 4, 2021, China Telecom (Americas) Corporation will be suspending all customer renewals of our mobile services until further notice. We will continue to provide services for renewals made prior to December 4, 2021. Unless CTA announces otherwise, in no event will CTA provision mobile services to customers after January 3, 2022 (the "Cutoff Date"). Any prepaid mobile service term that goes beyond the Cutoff Date will be refunded to the customers on a pro rata basis to cover the period after the Cutof 来自: iPhone客户端 |
