About us Massachusetts Medical International (MMI) is a large-scale comprehensive multinational medical health industry group founded by senior doctors, scholars and professors of Harvard Medical School. It is committed to integrating the most advanced medical resources, medical technology and medical products to provide medical services to Chinese medical personnel. The largest professional medical communication platform helps Chinese patients to match high-quality medical resources abroad, reaching the world's top medical schools and major hospitals. MMI is located in Boston, USA. Currently, MMI signed strategic cooperation agreement with around 20 hospitals, for example BWH, DFCI, BCH and Harvard Medical School, and so on.  Since its inception, MMI has been cultivating the Chinese market and has negotiated with 15 domestic provincial and municipal health planning committees to establish partnerships with more than 300 domestic medical institutions to better serve its customers nationwide. It has also established partnerships with major medical groups such as BOE, Peking University Medical Group and China Resources Group, and has also carried out projects such as hospital management projects and disciplines. At present, the company has more than 100 employees, and has branches in 7 major cities in China. Boston is a branch company in the United States. Now, MMI is looking for the following position: Business Development Specialist, Executive Assistant, Director of Medical Service, Medical Case Manager, Medical English Tutor, Digital Marketing Intern, Event Volunteer. Business Development Specialist Job Responsibilities: 1. Deepen cooperation with Chinese medical management institutions, hospitals, medical schools, doctors and professors and maintain good cooperative relations; 2. Deepen cooperation and maintain good cooperation with medical management institutions, hospitals, medical schools, doctors and professors in the United States; 3. Expand the resources of excellent doctors and departments in the United States from the hospital and subject level, and effectively maintain the quality resources; 4. Assist in promoting the brand image of Massachusetts Medical International to expand the market. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, and those who have studied in the United States and graduated within these two years are preferred; 2. In this role, you will be required to lead a team to provide medical services to designated clients in China and communicate with healthcare professionals and institutions in the US. Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide strategic leadership for the medical service team to ensure high quality medical services such as remote consultation, overseas medical treatment services, and executive examination for patients. 2. Contact potential second opinion providers through cold calls and emails 2. Work with medical teams to assess oversea treatment cases, perform medical necessity and concurrent reviews on patients to determine appropriateness of care 3. Serve as liaison between the patients and healthcare institutions, provide support coordination/case management including assessment, service planning and coordination, progress reporting, documentation and client advocacy 4. These exchange doctors may be not good at using English. So we are looking for English tutors now to teach them. Job Responsibilities: 1. Teach Chinese doctors Medical English and improve their English skills which includes speaking、listening、writing etc. 2. Provide Chinese doctors remote/ face-to-face instruction when they are needed. 3. Make a teaching plan to make sure that Chinese doctors can get enough training and support. Job Requirements: 1. Must be a student of Medical School. 2. Must be proficient at English speaking\ listening \writing, 3. Teaching English experience is preferred but not required. 4. It is responsible for ensuring that relevant content exists alongside visually engaging designs. Job Responsibilities: 1.
