Location: Mesa AZ 85206Look for female roommate to share a beautiful and spacious 1bed/1bath luxury apt. This is a 1bed/1bath apartment and will be available after mid Dec or Jan 1, 2020. You will take over the spacious living room (14 ft x 11 ft). Utilities will be shared and divided in half. The apartment has total 798 square foot. It is a Gated Community and is 15-20 minutes away from ASU. It has a huge living room with a lakeside view, large bathroom with bathtub, a full-length dressing mirror, a nice patio/backyard with lake view. The whole apartment is furnished and clean. This is a very quite community and close to 202 & 60.
