Job Description:

The hiring company seeks someone who can provide strategic leadership and management in developing, building, driving and executing sales and marketing strategies designed to support revenue generation and growth targets. Strengthen and manage Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Customer Service and Key Accounts relationships. Motivate US consumer business team members to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction, competitiveness and communication.

Requirements:
•        Minimum 10 years’ experience in consumer electronics for progressive sales and sales management or senior-level sales and/or marketing capacity.
•        Effective leader with the ability to commit to continuous improvement, exhibit confidence in self and others; involve staff as appropriate in decision making; effectively influence actions and opinions of others.
•        Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in big boxes sales of consumer electronics products.
•        Bachelor’s in Business or Sales & Marketing desired, MBA a plus, but not required.
•        Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-culture communication skills. Ability to accept and give feedback, facilitate group or departmental meetings, sales presentations, professional and effective (oral and written) communication.
•        Computer: MS Office Suite, CRM systems, remote meeting platform (Zoom, Wechat, etc.)
•        Ability to take ownership, manage, motivate, mentor and train a Sales and Marketing team.
•        Ability to quickly and constructively confront and overcome barriers among US, other business centers and Headquarter.
•        Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibility:
•        Commit to continuing education in sales and market strategy.
•        Promote positive relations with business partners, vendors, distributors.
•        Represent the organization at various professional and/or community meetings.
•        Participate in public relations, community outreach and communication that aligns with company mission, vision, strategy Collaborate with the SVP in the formulation and vetting of sales strategies.
•        Be the company expert in formulating and executing sound sales and marketing strategies for all ideal companies (Amazon, Costco, Bestbuy, Target, Sam’s Club, etc.)
