1: Sales Assistant

Job Description
Specificresponsibilities include:
·        Assist outside sales to answer inquiries for allAccounts via emails, WeChat, and phone calls
·        Coordinate with other departments to provide CZupdates and support to all accounts
·        Assist department colleagues on internal salessupport
·        Communicate with Head Office and otherdepartments
·        Find opportunities via data, feedback and teammembers to help business development
·        Organize meeting and agenda
·        Assist with department fund allocation
·        Assist with performance Review, include dataanalyze
·        Assist with event planning, setup and provideeducation & training
·        Assist with Department internal paperwork filing
·        Send out reminders to ensure the execution ofevery program with team member
·        Gather feedback to refine programs
·        Track programs result and evaluate results forfuture reference
·        Build team folders and organize departmentchecklist
·        Complete all required paperwork, reports andfiling
About the Candidate:
·        Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year collegeor university is required.Highly developed interpersonal, communication,presentation, written and negotiating skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with both internal and external customers.
·        Patient, attention to detail and strong organizationalskills
·        Good with data, data input, filing, fast learnerand willing to adapt to the Department needs and company Culture
·        Bilingual in English & Chinese Preferred.
·        Applicants must have legal permit to work in theUnited States

2: Customer Support Representative
Job Description

·         Primary Responsibilities
·         Perform all functions related to passenger reservation and ticketing.
·         Answering phone calls, receiving fax, and servicing on-site visiting passengers.
·         Provide professional supports and services to travel agents.
·         Accurately coordinate with airport staffs, for works regarding flight schedule changes and cancellation. Participate in inside sales activities.
·         Produce sales report and specific activity document as required.
·         Corresponding with related departments at Head Office in China, on specific and particular issue.
·         Interact with all staffs to maintain a high level of customer service.
·         Perform directions and other assignments given by supervisor and managers.
Requirement and Qualification:
·         Bachelor graduate or above with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
·         Good communication and customer services skills;
·         Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
·         Presentable personality needed for sales functions.
·         Self-motivated;
·         Weekend/holiday shifts required;
·         Ability to work independently on multiple assignments;

3: Global Account Manager
Job Description
In this role, you will be based in the New York office ofChina Southern Airlines to meet strategic and financial goals of designated TMC& Corporate accounts per company expectation. You will deliver revenuetargets for the assigned portfolio of accounts through strategic and tacticalefforts including but not limited to, field sales, contract negotiation andimplementation, account support and service and the responsible management ofall facets of agency point of sale and backend incentive programs.
Specificresponsibilities include:
·        Providing strategic account development andmanagement to all designated Travel Management Companies and Corporate Clientswithin the United States
·        Delivering revenue targets for the TMC /Corporate channels
·        Liaising between US and Headquarters on anyglobal accounts
·        Delivering revenue targets for assignedportfolio of accounts through strategic and tactical efforts
·        Serving as the primary liaison between fieldsales, pricing, business development, head office counterparts and otherdepartments as necessary ensuring the top revenue opportunities areappropriately prioritized.
About the Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevantbachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years commercial experience. One yearof your experience should have been gained within a sales-focused role. Youwill need a track record of revenue delivery. You are expected to demonstratehighly developed interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiatingskills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal andexternal customers. Leadership and decision making abilities are also requiredfor this position. The job may need to deal with irregular or multiple worktasks so the candidate is expected to be receptive to flexible work hours andtravel expectation. Although it is not required, a basic knowledge of Mandarinis preferred.

4Airport OperationRepresentative (LAX)
Job Description
Principle Duties andResponsibilities:
·        Interact directly with customers and teammembers to maintain China Southern’s high level of customer service.
·        Perform and coordinate functions related topassenger processing at counter, departure, and/or arrival.
·        Complete documentation required to clearaircraft upon arrival and/or departure.
·        Assist passengers in case ofmisconnections/cancellations/delays.
·        Accurately scopes out tasks and projects, setsgoals, breaks down work into process steps, develops schedules and assignsresources.
·        Comply with all station security requirements.
·        Follow direction given by station Manager;assists in all areas as assigned.
·        Ability to work independently on multipleassignments.
Requirement andQualification:
·        Bachelor degree with good communication andwriting skills in English;
·        one year Airline or airport work experience ispreferred;
·        Good communication & customer servicesskills;
·        Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel,Word, etc.);
·        Self-motivated;
·        Weekend/holiday shifts are required;
·        Applicants must have legal-permit to work in theU.S;
·        Mandarin speaker is preferred.
